You're responsible for the accuracy of the email you provide and for activity under your account. Don't misuse the service or attempt to access other users' data.
If you use your own AI provider key, you're responsible for that key, your usage, and any costs or limits your provider imposes. Your key stays in your browser and is sent directly to your chosen provider; your use of that provider is governed by their terms.
Don't use InterviewIQ to break the law, infringe others' rights, submit others' personal data without a basis, or attempt to disrupt or reverse‑engineer the service.
You keep ownership of the content you submit (JDs, CVs, answers). You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service. You can delete your sessions at any time.
Free and bring‑your‑own‑key usage is provided as‑is. Paid plans are billed through Paddle (merchant of record); cancellation and refunds follow the terms shown at checkout.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI output can be wrong or biased; use judgement. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms or the service and may suspend accounts that violate them. We'll post material changes here.
